$1.98 per sq ft for optional 1/8" plywood underlayment
$1.25 per sq ft for underlayment installation (moisture barrier and spacing included)
$4.00 per step for stair installation

$2.50 per doorway for transition installation
$30 per hour for demo of existing flooring/trim/carpet
$100 flat fee for dump run disposal
