Drywall (Installation)
Pricing: $1.25 per sq ft
Includes: Measuring, cutting, hanging, and securing drywall sheets with clean installation lines.
Length of Service: 1 day for small rooms, 2–3 days for larger areas.
Drywall Taping, Mudding, and Sanding (Complete Finish Package)
Pricing:
$4.50 per linear foot for all flat seams
$6.00 per linear foot for inside corners
Outside corners: Included in corner bead pricing

Drywall Hanging (Installation)
500 sq ft of drywall
Materials (sheets, screws, adhesive): $420
Labour: 500 sq ft × $1.25 = $625
Total Hanging Cost: $1,045
Finishing (Taping + Mudding + Sanding)
Flat seams: 120 linear feet × $4.50 = $540
Inside corners: 60 linear feet × $6.00 = $360
Outside corners: 30 linear feet × $8.50 = $255
Materials (tape, compound, corner bead, sanding supplies): $185
