Drywall Installation

• $1.25 per sq ft – Hang & screw drywall
  (Labour only. Includes cleanup and disposal of scraps.)

Taping, Mudding & Sanding

• $0.75 per sq ft – Taping & first coat

• $0.50 per sq ft – Second coat

• $0.50 per sq ft – Final coat & sanding

• Add $0.25 per sq ft for Level 5 finish

Corner Bead

• $8 per linear foot installed (includes material & labour)

Drywall Patching & Repairs

• Small hole (under 4") – $120–$180

• Medium patch (1–2 sq ft) – $180–$350

• Large patch (2–4 sq ft) – $350–$600

• Ceiling patches add +20%

• Includes mudding, sanding, and texture blend (if needed)

Additional Costs (If Required)

• Green board/Mold-resistant panels: + $5–$8 per sheet

• Drywall delivery: $60–$120 depending on load

• Ceiling drywall install: + $0.35 per sq ft

• High access (10+ ft ceiling): + $0.20 per sq ft

• Garbage disposal: $40–$80
